If the product has technical problems during the use of the product, the service of the product will be performed in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL). 11. It is recalled that the PTAL norms do not apply to cases when the product is purchased by legal entities.

12. In compliance with the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia, SIA PRO materials shall retain the purchase agreements concluded with the buyers in the amount necessary for keeping the accounts.

13. The online store materiali.lv reserves the right not to service the order if the online store fails to contact the customer via the phone number or e-mail provided by him.
